The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their requirements, suggesting bakery items, cakes, and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Duties include handling billing and cash transactions, managing counter sales, taking cake orders for custom designs, coordinating with the baking team, maintaining cleanliness of the counter area, and arranging display items attractively. The candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, basic knowledge of sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in bakery or retail sales will be an added advantage, but freshers with interest in customer service are also welcome.
