We are hiring a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive for our electric utility company located in Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electricity-related services and utility solutions in assigned field areas. The role involves visiting residential, commercial, and industrial customers to explain service plans, benefits, and new utility offerings. Key responsibilities include generating new leads through field visits, conducting customer meetings, explaining service features, collecting customer requirements, and assisting in the onboarding process. The candidate will also coordinate with the office team for service activation, maintain daily field reports, and follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales. Achieving monthly sales targets and building strong customer relationships is essential. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills, along with a basic understanding of sales processes.
