We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Automobile Service Advisor for our two-wheeler dealership located in Kochi. The selected candidate will act as a link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. The role involves receiving customer vehicles, understanding service requirements, and providing accurate job estimates and timelines. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers, and experience in automobile service operations. Male candidates are preferred due to workshop coordination duties. Prior experience as a service advisor in automobile workshops or dealerships will be an added advantage. Candidates should be professional, customer-focused, and capable of handling a fast-paced service environment. Immediate joiners from Kochi and nearby areas are preferred.
