Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller for our architecture firm located in Ramanattukara, Kozhikode. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to clients, explaining our architectural and interior design services, and generating quality leads for the company. The role includes contacting potential customers, following up on inquiries, and maintaining a database of client interactions and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Malayalam and English, a pleasant telephone manner, and basic computer knowledge for data entry. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
