We are hiring a Floor Manager for our cloth merchant and textiles distribution firm located in Ooruttambalam, Thiruvananthapuram. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom and sales floor operations, ensuring smooth customer service, proper product display, and efficient staff coordination. The role includes supervising sales staff, guiding customers in product selection, and maintaining a well-organized and attractive retail environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, good knowledge of textile products, and experience in retail or showroom management. Preference will be given to male candidates and local applicants from Ooruttambalam.
