Software Technical Consultant position available in a reputed software company in Payyannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, consulting, and implementation assistance for software products and client solutions. Duties include analyzing client requirements, configuring software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with development teams to resolve bugs and enhancements. The role also involves conducting software demonstrations, training clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth deployment of applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge in programming concepts, databases, and system integration. Experience in customer support or software implementation will be an advantage. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and work as part of a team is essential. The candidate must be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to project requirements. Male candidates are preferred due to field visits and client handling responsibilities in certain projects and onsite coordination tasks as required by company policy and standards.
