Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecalling Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and promote our construction, architectural, interior design, and engineering services. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services. Generate and qualify leads for construction and architectural projects. Follow up with existing and prospective clients. Explain company services including Architectural Floor Plans, 3D Elevations, Interior Designing, MEP Drawings, Structural Drawings, Permit Drawings, and Estimation Services. Schedule meetings for the sales team and management. Maintain customer databases and call records. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
