Trolley Boy (also known as a Trolley Retriever or Shopping Cart Attendant) in a hypermarket is responsible for managing, collecting, and organizing shopping carts and baskets across the store and parking lots. Their primary goal is to ensure that incoming shoppers always have a clean, working trolley available immediately as they enter the building.
