Job Description
We are hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller for a reputed restaurant in Kozhikode. This position is open to female candidates only. The job role includes making outbound calls to customers to promote restaurant offers, new menu items, and special deals. The candidate will also handle inbound inquiries, take reservation bookings, explain services, and provide accurate information about timings, location, and offers. Regular follow-up with customers, maintaining call records, and updating booking details in the system are also part of the role.
