We are hiring an experienced and efficient Restaurant Manager for a reputed restaurant in Perambra, Kozhikode. This position is open to male candidates only. The job role includes overseeing overall restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for staff scheduling, supervising service and kitchen coordination, handling customer complaints, and ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards. Managing inventory, controlling costs, and improving restaurant sales performance are also key responsibilities. Coordination with suppliers and ensuring timely stock availability is part of the role.
