The job role includes preparing and cooking continental dishes such as pasta, salads, soups, steaks, sauces, and grilled items according to standard recipes and presentation styles. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, taste consistency, portion control, and hygiene standards. Planning menu items, assisting in kitchen inventory management, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients are also part of the responsibilities. The chef will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
