We are hiring a skilled and experienced CDP Chef (Chef de Partie) for a reputed restaurant in Kozhikode. This position is open to male candidates only.The job role includes managing a specific kitchen section such as curry, grill, tandoor, or continental, depending on assignment. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, portion control, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Supervising commis chefs, ensuring kitchen hygiene, managing stock usage, and reducing food wastage are also key responsibilities. Coordination with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for menu execution is required.
