We are hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller for a reputed building material dealership in Thrissur. This position is open to female candidates only.
The job role includes making outbound calls to customers, builders, contractors, and retail clients to promote building materials and related products. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, explaining product details, pricing, availability, and offers, and generating new leads for the sales team. Regular follow-up with customers, maintaining call records, and updating lead status in the system are also part of the role. Basic computer knowledge is preferred for data entry and CRM updates. Salary includes fixed pay along with attractive incentives based on performance.
