Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and skilled Porotta Maker for a reputed frozen food manufacturing and exporting company in Perumbavoor. This position is open to male candidates only. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in making Kerala porotta in bulk production settings, preferably in hotels, catering units, or food manufacturing industries. The job role includes preparing porotta dough, proper mixing and kneading of ingredients, layering and shaping porotta in large quantities, and ensuring consistent quality and texture as per company standards. The candidate will also be responsible for portioning, pre-cooking or freezing preparation processes, and maintaining hygiene throughout production. Proper handling of raw materials and ensuring food safety standards is mandatory. Prior experience in frozen food units or commercial kitchens will be highly preferred.
