We are hiring a Customer Relation Executive for a reputed car showroom in Kochi. This position is open to male candidates only. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently. Freshers with good interpersonal skills and experienced candidates in customer service or automobile sales are welcome to apply. The job role includes attending showroom visitors, understanding customer requirements, providing information about car models, pricing, offers, and finance options. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing follow-ups, scheduling test drives, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process. Coordination with the sales and service team to resolve customer concerns is also required. Candidates should be polite, confident, and capable of building strong customer relationships. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills are preferred. Salary will be based on experience, along with attractive performance-based incentives. Immediate joiners preferred for quick onboarding and training.
