We are hiring a skilled and experienced Lady Cook for a reputed ladies hostel located in edappally. This position is open to female candidates only. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing South Indian and North Indian meals, with a strong focus on hygiene, taste, and timely food preparation. Prior experience in hostels, mess, or catering services will be preferred. Key responsibilities include preparing daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for hostel residents, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, managing food ingredients, and ensuring proper storage of groceries. The candidate will also be responsible for menu planning, maintaining cooking standards, and preparing food in accordance with dietary requirements of students or residents. Ensuring food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards is essential. Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently in a kitchen environment. Salary will be based on experience, with accommodation and food provided by the hostel. Immediate joiners preferred for smooth kitchen operations and onboarding.
