We are hiring an experienced and professional Restaurant Captain for a reputed hotel in Mahi, Kozhikode. This position is open to male candidates only. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service ability, and prior experience in restaurant or hotel service operations. Key responsibilities include supervising the dining area, coordinating with service staff, ensuring smooth table service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling reservations, managing table allocation, and ensuring prompt and courteous service. Handling guest complaints professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction are also key duties. Coordination with the kitchen team for order accuracy and timely service is essential. Candidates should have good communication skills, grooming standards, and the ability to manage a team efficiently during peak hours. Prior experience as a steward or captain in reputed restaurants or hotels will be preferred. Salary will be based on experience with food and accommodation provided. Immediate joiners preferred for quick onboarding.
