The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automobile service processes, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer handling within an automotive workshop or dealership. Key responsibilities include receiving customer vehicles for service, understanding and documenting complaints, preparing job cards, and coordinating with the workshop team for timely service execution. The candidate will be responsible for explaining service requirements, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers. Ensuring proper communication between technicians and customers, monitoring job progress, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction are essential duties. Candidates with prior experience in authorized service centers or car dealerships will be preferred. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with service management software are required. Salary will be based on experience, with incentives for performance. Immediate joiners preferred for quick onboarding and training.
