We are hiring experienced Field Sales Executives for a reputed Finance Bank in Kunnamkulam. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Gold Loan sales, Gold Loan marketing, or similar financial field sales roles. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset. Key responsibilities include sourcing and acquiring new gold loan customers, visiting potential clients, explaining loan schemes and interest rates, assisting in gold valuation coordination, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with jewelers, local agents, and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Regular field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly business targets are essential parts of the job. Candidates should be confident, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial transactions responsibly. Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage. Salary includes fixed pay plus attractive incentives. Immediate joiners preferred.
