The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting appropriate courses, providing academic and career counseling, and supporting them throughout the admission process. You will interact with students and parents via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their academic goals and offer suitable educational solutions. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, maintaining student records, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the institution. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive yet empathetic approach, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
