Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Process Oversight
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from customer greeting and product recommendation to negotiation and deal closure.
Drive branch sales performance by monitoring daily targets, tracking team productivity, and providing timely coaching and guidance.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and manage slow-moving or aged stock effectively.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, transactions, and inventory status to the Branch Head.
Negotiation & Customer Engagement
Utilize strong negotiation skills during gold valuation and pricing discussions to optimize business margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally to enhance the overall customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Process & Compliance Management
Ensure strict compliance with organizational SOPs, security guidelines, stock handling procedures, and transaction accuracy standards.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory integrity.
Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of operational equipment, including weighing scales, POS systems, and other branch assets.
