A reputed solar energy company in Kalamassery is hiring Telecalling cum Back Office Staff (Male/Female Candidates Preferred) to support sales and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer interaction. The candidate should be confident, polite, and able to communicate effectively in Malayalam and basic English. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Incentives may be provided based on lead conversion.
