Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with other departments for smooth hotel operations. The candidate should maintain accurate guest records and operate basic hotel management software efficiently. The role requires politeness, organization, and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
