Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Telesales Executive to join our enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving sales of Telecom Enterprise products through outbound calling. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to build a career in B2B telecoms sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate leads for telecom enterprise products
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through targeted phone outreach
Present and promote Telecom enterprise products
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and pipeline activity in CRM
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and lead generation KPIs
Coordinate with the field sales team to hand off qualified leads
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telesales or outbound calling experience (B2B preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Confident, target-driven, and resilient personality
Basic knowledge of telecom or enterprise products is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
