A well-established restaurant/café in Muvattupuzha is hiring a Waiter to join our service team. The ideal candidate should be polite, energetic, and customer-focused, with the ability to deliver excellent dining service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving items promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas, coordinating with kitchen staff, and handling customer queries or complaints in a professional manner. Preference will be given to male candidates with prior experience in restaurant or café service, though freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
