HR Manager Job Opening in Malappuram

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for a reputed furniture manufacturing company in Malappuram. The candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, attendance management, and employee relations. Duties include developing and implementing HR policies, handling performance management systems, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring smooth communication between management and employees. The role also involves maintaining statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, labor law requirements, and ensuring proper documentation of employee records. The HR Manager will be responsible for resolving workplace issues, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting organizational growth through effective manpower planning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup. A degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field is required. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Immediate joining is preferred.
