A reputed Supermarket located in Ernakulam is inviting applications for the position of Billing Staff to support its front-end retail operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer billing efficiently using billing software, scanning products, generating invoices, and collecting payments through cash, card, or digital modes. The role also includes ensuring accurate price entry, applying discounts or offers as per company policy, and maintaining daily billing records. Female candidates are preferred for this position due to front desk customer interaction requirements. The ideal applicant should have basic computer knowledge, familiarity with billing systems or POS software, and good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Prior experience in supermarket billing or retail operations will be an added advantage, though freshers with willingness to learn are also welcome. The candidate should be attentive, honest, and able to handle peak-hour customer flow efficiently. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience, along with performance-based incentives and staff benefits as per supermarket norms.
