A reputed software company based in Kozhikode is inviting applications for the position of Tele Sales Executive. The role involves generating leads and driving sales for software products and services through outbound calling and follow-ups. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining product features, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of calls, updating CRM systems, and achieving monthly sales targets as assigned by the management. Both male and female candidates are eligible for this position. The ideal applicant should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, a persuasive approach, and basic knowledge of IT or software solutions. Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or B2B sales will be an added advantage, though freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
