A reputed resort located in Munnar is inviting applications for the position of Telecalling Staff to join its front office and sales support team. The role primarily involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing information about room availability, resort packages, tariffs, and promotional offers. The candidate will also be responsible for following up with potential guests, assisting in booking confirmations, maintaining call records, and updating customer databases accurately. Female candidates are preferred for this position due to communication and customer interaction requirements. The ideal applicant should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam, a pleasant telephone manner, and basic computer knowledge including MS Office. Prior experience in telecalling, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. The candidate should be polite, patient, and customer-oriented. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance, along with accommodation/benefits as per resort policy.
