A reputed Kitchen Equipment and Interior firm located in Thirumala, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is inviting applications for the position of HR Executive. The role requires a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations of the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management, and maintaining HR records. The role also includes handling employee grievances, supporting training and development activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coordination with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management is also essential. Both male and female candidates are eligible for this position. The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, interior, or trading firms. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office are required. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
