A reputed three-star hotel in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is inviting applications for the position of Chinese Chef to join its culinary team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian varieties, soups, starters, and sauces while maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation standards. The chef should be skilled in wok cooking techniques, proper use of sauces and seasonings, and modern plating styles suitable for buffet and à la carte service. Responsibilities also include maintaining kitchen hygiene, following food safety standards, managing stock and ingredients efficiently, and coordinating with other kitchen staff for smooth service operations. Male candidates are preferred due to shift timings and workload requirements. The ideal applicant should have 3–5 years of experience in reputed hotels or restaurants specializing in Asian cuisine. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience, and accommodation and meals may be provided as per hotel policy.
