A three-star hotel in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is seeking an experienced North Indian Chef to prepare authentic regional cuisine for its multi-cuisine restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for planning menus, preparing gravies, tandoor items, breads, snacks, and maintaining consistent taste and presentation standards. The chef must ensure hygiene and food safety compliance, manage kitchen inventory, and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations. Male candidates are preferred for this role due to shift requirements and workload demands. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of North Indian spices, cooking techniques, and buffet service experience in hotels or fine dining establishments. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in reputed hotels is required. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Immediate joining preferred.
