A reputed three star hotel in Thiruvananthapuram is inviting applications for the position of All Rounder Cook. Male candidates are preferred for this role. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes including South Indian, North Indian, and continental items based on hotel menu standards. Duties include food preparation, cutting and cleaning ingredients, maintaining kitchen hygiene, assisting head chef, managing multiple sections such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Candidates should have good knowledge of cooking techniques, taste consistency, and presentation skills. Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens will be an added advantage, though skilled freshers may also apply.
