We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive for a reputed Education Institute located in Kakkanad, Ernakulam. This position is open for female candidates who are confident, target-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The primary responsibility of the role is to make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explain the institute’s courses and services, and convert inquiries into admissions. The candidate will also handle follow-up calls, maintain lead records, update student databases, and support the admissions team in achieving monthly targets. Providing clear information about courses, fees, and benefits in a professional and convincing manner is essential. The ideal candidate should hold a degree qualification and have strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management systems will be an added advantage. A positive attitude, persuasion skills, and willingness to achieve targets are important.
