Job Description
We are hiring a Patch Worker for a reputed tractor repair workshop located in Perambra, Calicut. This position is open for male candidates who are physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work in vehicle body repair and maintenance activities. The primary responsibilities include assisting in repairing dents, cracks, and damaged body parts of tractors and heavy vehicles. The candidate will be involved in surface preparation work such as grinding, sanding, filling, and applying patches using appropriate materials. Supporting the automobile painter and mechanic team in body restoration work is also part of the job. Maintaining workshop cleanliness and handling basic tools safely are required duties. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of automobile body repair or willingness to learn on the job. Prior experience in a workshop or related field will be an added advantage. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork are important qualities for this role. Immediate joining preferred. Salary will be based on experience and skill level, with opportunities for growth within the workshop.
