Lady Cook Job Vacancy in a Ladies Hostel located in Ernakulam. We are seeking an experienced and responsible female candidate to manage cooking duties in a hostel environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hostel residents, ensuring hygienic cooking practices and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Duties include menu planning, ingredient preparation, safe food storage, and maintaining kitchen stock. The candidate should be able to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes based on requirement, follow instructions regarding dietary preferences of residents, and ensure timely meal service. Minimum one year experience in cooking, catering, or hotel kitchen work is preferred. The applicant should be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling kitchen operations independently or with minimal assistance.
