We are hiring a Business Development Officer for a reputed finance firm located in Kozhikode, Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting financial products and services. Duties include identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, building client relationships, explaining loan and financial schemes, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves follow-up on leads, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in business development or sales, preferably in the finance or banking sector. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to travel locally are required.
