Duties include attending phone calls, replying to emails and messages, managing walk-in customers, maintaining proper documentation, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal departments for timely issue resolution. The role also involves supporting loan processing, payment follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
