We are seeking a smart, well-organized, and customer-focused female candidate for the position of Office Staff at our travel agency located in Kochi. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist customers with travel inquiries, manage bookings, maintain records, and coordinate with tour operators and airline partners. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails and WhatsApp queries, preparing itineraries, issuing invoices, and supporting visa and ticketing documentation. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling), and a friendly, professional attitude. Prior experience in a travel agency or customer service role will be an added advantage. Freshers with strong learning ability are also encouraged to apply.
