A reputed computer sales and service firm in Ernakulam is hiring a skilled Chip Level Technician to join its technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing motherboard-level issues in desktops, laptops, and related electronic devices. Key duties include fault analysis, chip-level soldering and desoldering, replacing ICs and components, BIOS programming, power supply troubleshooting, and ensuring quality repair standards. The role also involves supporting hardware installation, system testing, and providing technical assistance for customer service requests. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in chip level servicing and a good understanding of electronic circuits. Knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair equipment is required.
