Job Description
We are hiring a Laptop Technician for a reputed computer sales and service firm located in Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops of various brands and models. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, motherboard-level repair, replacing faulty components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, and hard drives, and performing system formatting and operating system installation. The role also involves virus removal, data backup and recovery, driver installation, and ensuring laptops are fully functional before delivery to customers. The technician will also handle customer service requests, provide technical support, and maintain proper service records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of laptop architecture and hands-on experience in repair and servicing. Both freshers with technical training and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Male candidates are preferred due to field service requirements. Immediate joiners preferred. Salary based on experience and performance.
