Job Description
We are hiring a Computer Hardware Technician for a reputed computer sales and service firm located in Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related IT hardware. Duties include troubleshooting hardware issues, replacing faulty components such as RAM, hard disks, motherboards, and power supplies, installing operating systems and required software, and ensuring systems are fully functional before delivery to customers. The role also involves attending customer service requests, performing on-site and in-shop repairs, and providing basic technical support for networking and peripheral devices. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer hardware systems, practical experience in troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently. Both freshers with technical training and experienced technicians are encouraged to apply. Male candidates are preferred due to field service requirements. Immediate joiners preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
