We are hiring an Automobile Service Advisor for a reputed two-wheeler showroom and service center located in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Duties include receiving service requests, inspecting vehicles along with technicians, preparing job cards, explaining repair estimates to customers, and obtaining approval for necessary work. The role also involves tracking service progress, updating customers on repair status, ensuring proper billing, and handling delivery of vehicles after service completion. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally. Prior experience in automobile service or dealership environment will be an advantage. Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
