We are hiring Telecallers for a reputed finance company based in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment services, and generating leads for the sales team. Duties include maintaining call records, updating customer information in CRM, following up on inquiries, and achieving daily/weekly call targets. The role requires good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, a pleasant speaking voice, and the ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage. Female candidates are preferred for this position due to team requirements.
