We are hiring an experienced Bakery Chef for a reputed food product supplier based in Perambra. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of bakery items including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked products as per company standards. Duties include measuring ingredients, mixing dough, operating baking equipment, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and ensuring consistent product quality. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bakery production, strong knowledge of baking techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Male candidates are preferred for this position due to shift requirements. The role also involves monitoring stock of baking ingredients, minimizing wastage, and supporting daily production targets.
