The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the sales department, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Duties include managing the sales team, assigning targets, monitoring performance, improving customer acquisition, and expanding market reach. The candidate should also analyze market trends, develop promotional plans, coordinate with marketing and inventory teams, and ensure smooth retail and distribution operations. We are looking for highly experienced candidates with strong leadership skills, proven sales management background, and in-depth knowledge of home appliances or retail industry. Experience in a managerial or senior sales role is mandatory. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
