Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and motivated Solar Technician for our reputed Solar Energy Company in Pandalam. The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical components. Duties include site inspection, system setup as per technical drawings, wiring and electrical connections, testing system performance, identifying faults, and ensuring proper functioning of solar installations. The candidate should also perform routine maintenance checks, service calls, and support customers with technical guidance and system usage. We are looking for candidates with basic electrical knowledge, technical skills, and hands-on experience in solar installation or similar electrical work. ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification is preferred. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers with strong technical interest may also apply. The role requires field work, physical fitness, and willingness to travel to installation sites. Full-time position with salary based on experience and skill. Immediate joining preferred after selection.
