We are hiring a skilled and experienced Tandoor Chef for our reputed Four Star Hotel in Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of tandoor-based dishes such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tandoori chicken, and other grilled specialties. The candidate must ensure proper marination, cooking techniques, and presentation standards while maintaining authentic taste and quality. Duties also include managing the tandoor section, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, monitoring ingredient stock, and ensuring food safety standards are strictly followed. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced chef with strong knowledge of North Indian and tandoor cuisine. Prior experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants is required. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handle pressure during peak hours, and maintain consistency in food quality is essential. Full-time position with salary based on experience and skill. Immediate joining preferred after selection.
