South Indian Cook Job Opening in Kannur

We are hiring an experienced and skilled South Indian Cook for our reputed Four Star Hotel in Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of authentic South Indian dishes including breakfast items, meals, snacks, and traditional specialties. Duties include food preparation, cooking as per standardized recipes, maintaining taste and quality consistency, ensuring kitchen hygiene, and following food safety standards. The candidate should also manage ingredient stock, assist in menu planning, and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations. We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and experienced cook with strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine such as dosa, idli, sambar, rasam, biryani, and Kerala-style dishes. Prior experience in hotels or restaurants is required. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Ability to work in shifts, handle pressure during peak hours, and maintain cleanliness is essential. Full-time position with salary based on experience and skill.
