We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive for our reputed Four Star Hotel in Kannur. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive impression. Key duties include handling guest check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, responding to phone calls and emails, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest queries or complaints efficiently. The candidate should ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information. We are looking for well-groomed, confident, and friendly individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge and experience in hotel management software will be an added advantage. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
